Background of Promoters and Board of Directors
The company till date is a closely family held group company of the Sehgal Family. Mr. Rahul Sehgal the founder promoter is the driving force of Nestor. Under his guidance and strategic direction, the company has secured a very strong position in the global healthcare industry and has successfully carved out a niche by focusing on high quality, low cost pharmaceutical products internationally and in India. A dynamic team builder and business strategist, Mr. Sehgal has been associated with the pharmaceuticals sector for over 40 years. An erudite personality with vast experience in international business as well as in-depth knowledge and rich experience of the domestic healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. His vision, foresight and work ethics have been infectious and have catapulted Nestor to higher echelons of growth and expansion. Mr. Sehgal has successfully created a decentralized and independent strong board with experienced directors and senior management team including a professional marketing team, bringing in the best talent available in the industry which now looks after all the day to day aspects of the company. He has been instrumental behind the company’s growth. Mr. Sehgal has two sons Mr. Prashant Sehgal and Mr. Mehar Sehgal who are active part of this business and the succession plan is in place to be implemented in the near future.
