The Product is recommended for use to treat the following:
Gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD) in which acid from the stomach escapes into the gullet (the tube which connects your throat to your stomach) causing pain, inflammation and heartburn
Usage Directions
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your Doctor. Swallow it as a whole with water; do not crush, break or chew it.
Precautions & Warnings
Please consult your doctor before consuming this medicine, in case of:
Have severe liver or kidney problems
Are allergic to Esomeprazole or to any other contents of this medicine
Indicated Side Effects
Pain in the neck, throat or mouth or difficulties in urinating
Sudden wheezing, swelling of your lips, tongue and throat or body, rash, fainting or difficulties in swallowing
Yellow skin, dark urine and tiredness (liver problems)
Reddening of the skin with blisters or peeling in the lips, eyes, mouth, nose and genitals
Benign polyps in the stomach
Headache
Injection site reaction
Injection site reaction
Stomach upset
Fracture of the hip, wrist or spine
Swelling of the feet and ankles
Skin rash, lumpy rash (hives) and itchy skin
Disturbed sleep (insomnia)
Changes in blood tests that check how the liver is working
Dry mouth
Spinning feeling (vertigo)
Eyesight problems such as blurred vision
Increased sweating
Decrease in blood cell count
Generally feeling unwell and lacking energy
Low levels of sodium in the blood
Joint pains (arthralgia) or muscle pains (myalgia)
Feeling agitated, confused or depressed
Hair loss (alopecia)
Taste changes
Suddenly feeling wheezy or short of breath (bronchospasm)
An inflammation of the inside of the mouth
Enlarged breasts in men
Changes in blood count including agranulocytosis (lack of white blood cells)

Please inform your doctor if you have recently consumed or are consuming any of the below mention medicine:
Rifampicin (used for treatment of tuberculosis)
Nelfinavir, atazanavir (used to treat HIV)
Tacrolimus (used to reduce the immune response)
Ketoconazole, itraconazole or voriconazole (used to treat infections caused by a fungus)
Digoxin (used for heart problems)
Erlotinib, methotrexate (used to treat cancer)
Clopidogrel (used to prevent blood clots (thrombi)
Citalopram, imipramine or clomipramine (used to treat depression)
Cisapride (used for indigestion and heartburn)
Diazepam, phenytoin (used to treat anxiety, relax muscles or in epilepsy)
Cilostazol (used to treat insufficient blood supply)
Warfarin used to treat blood clots
Storage Condition
