Therapeutic Indications

• The Product is recommended for use to treat the following:
• AMOXICILLIN Oral Suspension is a penicillin-type of antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. It is effective in infections of the throat, ear, nasal sinuses, respiratory tract (e.g., pneumonia), urinary tract, skin and soft tissue, and typhoid fever
• Additionally, AMOXICILLIN Oral Suspension helps to eliminate a bacteria known as H. pylori in people with peptic ulcer disease. It is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that fights and stops the growth of many types of bacteria. This medicine is best taken with a meal to reduce the chance of a stomach upset. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you to remember to take it.

Usage Directions

• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your Doctor. Swallow it as a whole with water; do not crush, break or chew it.

Precautions & Warnings

• Please consult your doctor before consuming this medicine, in case of:
• Have ever had liver problems or jaundice (yellowing of the skin) when taking an antibiotic
• Are being treated for kidney problems
• Have glandular fever

Interactions

• Please inform your doctor if you have recently consumed or are consuming any of the below mention medicine:
• Mycophenolate mofetil a medicine used to prevent the rejection of transplanted organs
• Allopurinol or probenecid medicines used for treating gout
• Methotrexate a medicine used to treat cancer or rheumatic diseases
• Warfarin a medicine to stop blood clots
