• The Product is recommended for use to treat the following:
• Control certain types of heart failure
• Relieve the pain and frequency of angina attacks

Usage Directions

• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your Doctor. Swallow it as a whole with water; do not crush, break or chew it.

Precautions & Warnings

• Please consult your doctor before consuming this medicine, in case of:
• Suffer from hypothermia
• Are allergic to Isosorbide dinitrate or to any other ingredients of this medicine
• Have an underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism)
• Have low blood pressure
• Have severe kidney or liver problems
• Suffer from hemorrhage (problems with bleeding)
• Suffer from deficiency of an enzyme called glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD)
• Are dehydrated due to illness such as diarrhea or vomiting
• Have glaucoma (increased pressure in the eye)
• Have heart problems
• Have severe anemia

Indicated Side Effects

• Swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat (angioedema)
• Allergic skin reactions, skin that is red, flaky or peeling (exfoliative dermatitis)
• Severe form of skin rash with flushing, fever, blisters or ulcers (Stevens-Johnson Syndrome)
• Flushing
• Decrease in blood pressure marked by dizziness or faintness when standing up due to low blood pressure
• Headache
• Swelling of the hands, ankles or feet
• Collapsing with slow or irregular heart beat and fainting
• Worsening of angina due to very low blood pressure
• A type of tumor that affects the pituitary, may cause headaches or vision problems
• Shortness of breath
• Increased pressure in the eye (angle closure glaucoma)

Interactions

• Please inform your doctor if you have recently consumed or are consuming any of the below mention medicine:
• Sildenafil, tadalafil or vardenafil, used to treat male erection dysfunction
• Noradrenaline (norepinephrine) to treat high blood pressure or heart attack
• Histamine to treat allergies
• Acetylcholine used in some operations
• Phenothiazines (e.g. chlorpromazine) to treat mental illness
• Medicines to treat high blood pressure such as calcium channel blockers (e.g. nifedipine)
• Tricyclic antidepressants (e.g. amitriptyline)

Storage Condition

• Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight or as mentioned on Product/Label.
